From Overwhelm to Alignment: Restoring Your Well-Being Ecosystem

For more than 20 years, Julie Taw, M.D., has practiced medicine, yet her true passion lies in helping people connect how they live with how they feel. Drawing from her experience balancing a demanding career, motherhood, and her own health, she believes that real well-being isn’t about doing more but about doing what truly matters.

In her practice, Taw blends root-cause and functional medicine with lifestyle strategies and mind-body tools, guiding busy professionals—especially fellow moms — to reclaim their health. From advanced lab testing to practical nutrition and stress adjustments, she focuses on building simple, sustainable habits that help people feel better, live better, and move through life with clarity, energy, and ease.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine and an assistant clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Taw has trained medical students and residents in the power of trust and patient-centered care. Her expertise deepened through certification with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine, as well as leadership roles at Wellness at Goldman Sachs and six years at Parsley Health.

Taw also hosts Medicine with Meaning, a podcast offering honest insights and empowering conversations to support health journeys one meaningful step at a time.
