Just in time for the New Year, Montage Palmetto Bluff is debuting a year-long Well Living series, beginning in January, that focuses on enriching guests’ lives by celebrating the diversity of life, people, and connections.
Each month, the series will center around themes ranging from celebrating the earth, women, diversity, inclusion, and more. The theme for January is renewal and will feature an array of workshops and activities centered on wellbeing in every form. Designed to address the body, mind, and soul, the program will work to enhance and inspire the pursuit of health, balance, mindfulness, and connectivity.
Highlights for January’s renewal theme include:
- Classes such as painting as a form of meditation, writing as a form of therapy, and color therapy with artist Katie White
- Sacred Shamanic Journey with Cacao, Sound, and Energy Healing led by Tanya Colucci, founder of Sacred Soul Guidance, as well as a Fire Ceremony releasing unwanted energies into the fire, Cacao & Heart Alchemy Ceremony with Energy Healing, and more
- Specialized yoga classes focusing on restoration and detox, self-myofascial release therapy, meditation using Mantra & Mala beads, and more
- Sessions with Charlotte Hardwick, founder of Flow and Flourish, and wellness chef Kimberly Harper on Guidelines to Vibrant Health + Lifelong Wellness
