With a 15-year career in wellness, Audrey Nichols began her journey at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, where she studied sports therapy, structural alignment, and injury recovery. Following several years of spa and wellness management on cruise ships with OneSpaWorld, she joined Stillwell Spa and is now director of spa and fitness. In her current role, Nichols oversees operations, innovation, and management of the spa, operated by Arch Amenities Group. Hailing from Utah, Nichols developed a deep appreciation for massage from a young age, witnessing firsthand its profound healing properties and therapeutic benefits as it provided comfort and relief to her ailing mother before her passing. Here, she shares some of the best wellness advice she has received.

What person in wellness do you most admire and why?

Happiness and gratitude are the best anti-aging and wellness secrets.

Ubud, Bali. The combination of daily yoga, easily accessible plant-based options, daily massages, and of course, flower-petal baths was my version of pure bliss. I have never felt healthier than after a week in Bali.

Is there a particular wellness company or brand that truly impresses you with their efforts and why?

Acrely Farms is a Utah-based, female-owned business with the highest ethical standards that I have seen. The powerhouse women that own and run the business pride themselves on their Bloom to Bottle CBD. Their personal and professional integrity is crystal clear in every aspect of their business.

What is your favorite self-care routine?

I consider myself to be a bubble bath connoisseur. Indulging in a bubble bath with a glass of wine is my favorite version of self-care.

What brings you joy?

Any time that I get to spend with my family is the pinnacle of my joy. I am a very proud and very involved aunt, and the moments that I get to share with my nieces and nephews are pure bliss.
