Our goal
is to make out meetings inspiring, productive, and safe. As such, the following protocols will be in place:
- Outdoor activities, including lunch and the cocktail party, and open-air/open-window options will be implemented to ensure fresh air circulation throughout the event.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event.
- Masks will be provided, with mask requirements that adhere to state and local protocols. If not mandated, we will recommend usage.
- High-touch areas will be consistently cleaned and sanitized.
- We will send a pre-event safety email that highlights the day’s up-to-date health and safety strategies.
- Whenever possible, we will encourage and implement social distancing.
