Maybe it’s recovery for the winter skin blahs or simply my dry, sensitive skin needing a healing infusion, but I’ve been leaning toward sampling products and solutions that soothe, nourish, and heal this season. Here are a few that I’ve tried and have enjoyed for their ability to heal, repair, and help me rest.

Cedar and Myrrh Sleep Better Ritual Kit ($48)
Designed to improve sleep, this portable-size kit is perfect for travel and a great remedy for jet lag, something I battled frequently this spring. The kit includes Me Time Massage Balm, which is infused with ingredients like peppermint to provide a cooling effect that can help reduce the sensation of swelling and heaviness in the legs, while also stimulating circulation. It is best applied to the neck, shoulders, or legs during or after a flight, as it can help ease tension and restore a sense of lightness in the body. Also included is the Bonne Nuit Aromatherapy Roller, which features calming essential oils such as lavender, known to help relax the nervous system, ease tension, and support deeper, more restful sleep. It is especially helpful when adjusting to new time zones or winding down during a flight. Together, the combination of aromatherapy and touch creates an effective ritual, helping the body transition from movement to rest and supporting both physical recovery and mental calm. Whether used mid-flight or upon arrival, this ritual encourages a smoother adjustment and a more grounded travel experience. Back at home, I’m also loving a number of other products, including the Deep Breath Car Air Freshener ($60), which has been a godsend during my kids’ sometimes stinky sports pickups, and the gorgeous wellness candles, which infuse my home with soothing scents.

Shankara Timeless Kumkumadi Oil ($50)
When it comes to skincare, two things I have consistently flocked to are skin oils and Ayurvedic offerings. This oil has quickly become one of my favorites. It works wonders to nourish, moisturize, and brighten the skin, thanks to a luxurious blend of saffron, lotus, and 32 other hand-picked herbs that are infused in the oil. It visibly brightens and evens skin tone, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and deeply nourishes and replenishes moisture. This oil has been awarded countless beauty prizes, and it’s no surprise to me—it’s a true skincare winner.

Dionis Goat Milk Skincare
I first noticed the Dionis line of products at a trade show, and I was intrigued by the concept and adorable packaging. I was also excited to try the line because goat milk has a variety of skin benefits. According to the company founders, it’s naturally exfoliating due to the lactic acid, microbiome-friendly, and packed with fatty acids and vitamins A and D to support barrier repair. It also has a pH similar to human skin to help prevent irritation. Plus, it’s made in the USA, female founded, and extremely affordable, three traits I love in a brand. I’ve been lucky enough to sample a variety of products and am particularly loving the Goat Milk Beauty Balm ($17) for spot healing super dry areas and the Sea Treasures Hand & Body Goat Milk Cream ($12) for my dry, cracked hands. My kids also suffer from sensitive skin, and the Milk & Honey Goat Milk Bar Soap ($9) is a wonderful addition to their self-care routines.

Seed to Skin The Midnight Miracle ($233)
Seed to Skin is a beautiful, nutrient-rich line formulated in Tuscany using ingredients culled from its certified organic farm. The products are beautifully made and brilliantly effective. I’m using a variety of offerings from the line, and my favorite so far is The Midnight Miracle repair oil, an active and effective evening treatment that is rich in vitamins A and E to promote rapid skin turnover and cell regeneration. Ingredients include rose geranium to improve blood circulation; sandalwood, which acts as an anti-inflammatory and reduces the appearance of wrinkles; cold-pressed meadowfoam seed oil to break down blackheads; and sodium hyaluronate acid, which combines with the rose oils to regenerate and restore the skin. It’s the perfect blend of healing and nourishing, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin.

Pure Fiji Black Pearl Collection
Pure Fiji is a long-adored brand of mine. I’m a huge fan of the founder, the effectiveness of the products, and the good the company has done for the local community in Fiji. Unsurprisingly, I’m loving this new collection made with black pearl and sea grapes. The products in the collection feature a blend of bergamot, peppermint, and green leaves to uplift the senses, as well as delicate lily of the valley, rose, and jasmine, along with cedarwood, sun-warmed amber, and sensual musk. The fragrance is truly an aromatic journey that evokes the rare beauty and deep renewal of black pearl and nutrient-rich sea grapes. I’m particularly enjoying the Black Pearl & Sea Grapes Body Butter ($42), a nourishing butter that deeply hydrates and restores radiance. Coconut milk, cold-pressed seed oils, and decadent cacao butter replenish dry skin, leaving it soft and beautifully luminous.
