Roma is the director of sales and marketing for the legendary Rancho La Puerta Wellness Resort and Spa. During her time at The Ranch, she has led her team through several major product launches, such as the recent introduction of The Residences at Rancho La Puerta, in addition to increasing group sales, business development initiatives, and sought-after industry awards and accolades. She holds a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature and fashion styling. Roma is a member of the Global Wellness Summit (GWS), the International Spa Association (ISPA), and Wellness Committee of Virtuoso Travel Network. She speaks German, Hindi, Gujarati, and a little French. She is passionate about living the well life and spreading it to others. When she is not running the trails and working out to Latin Zumba, Maxwell is seen happily trailing her two children.
