Wendy is CRO and president of LIVunLtd, which creates custom concierge, fitness, and wellness experiences for residential and commercial buildings, spas, and hotels around the world. Her inexhaustible drive is fueled by her passionate belief that there is a direct correlation between maintaining the value of a property and offering facilities and service that provide residents and guests with the opportunity for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Wendy has consulted on the design and implementation of innumerable fitness, wellness, and spa facilities in luxury residential and commercial properties around the world. She focuses on business development and spa and wellness operations. Wendy earned her certificate as a wellness coach from the Institute of Integrative Medicine. Her passion is justice reform, and she sits on several not-for-profit boards to support those who are justice-involved and those who suffer from mental illness. She credits her success to surrounding herself with a strong network of women who help support each other in business. In 2014, New Jersey Monthly Magazine chose Wendy as one of its “Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners” based on her innovation, market potential, community involvement, and advocacy for women.
