A new therapy to address fluid retention, muscle pain, and stubborn cellulite is now creating a buzz in the U.S. Known for its ability to boost circulation, eliminate toxins, and tone the body, Endospheres is a new approach to body refinement. Utilizing low-frequency vibrations, this cutting-edge treatment generates pulsed, rhythmic movements that precisely target fat deposits and fibroblasts, tightening the skin and smoothing out imperfections.

Endospheres, part of the Fenix Group, a family-owned company in Italy, recently launched its third-generation Evolution machine in the U.S. This innovative device, which has already gained international recognition in the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and Romania, employs the company’s patented Compressive Microvibration method, which can be experienced at The House of Pietro Simone (New York City and Hamptons, NY) and at Luxbae (Glendale and West Hollywood, CA). The Evolution machine is designed to temporarily increase circulation, reduce minor aches and pains, and visibly improve skin texture.

The new device features a new handpiece with an innovative and functional design, three additional sensors that allow for more accurate readings of areas of concern, and three rotors with specially designed spheres, one for each phase of the treatment cycle. A high-tech system allows operators to record client data and monitor progress. There’s even a thermographic camera to detect the thermal state of the skin and level of inflammation.

Founded by entrepreneur Gianluca Cavalletti and his father, Romeo Cavalletti, the company successfully transitioned from producing carbon bicycles to creating medical-aesthetic equipment. This journey is a testament to their ability to merge mechanics, technology, and design in new and innovative ways.

“We started from scratch, not coming from the wellness or medical sector, but we believed in it,” says Gianluca Cavalletti, CEO of Fenix Group. “We revolutionized the way body imperfections are treated, providing a method useful for sports rehabilitation, thanks to technology that activates muscles. Over the years, the growth has been exponential.”

The first Endospheres device was developed in 2006 using components from a Lancia Thema car engine, exemplifying the family’s ingenuity. Since then, Endospheres has collaborated with prestigious universities and research centers across Italy, with clinical studies affirming the effectiveness of its approach to body wellness. The company’s U.S. headquarters are located in Miami.
