Naya Traveler Launches New Wellness Journeys with COVID-19 Safety in Mind

Share

Meditating amid Utah’s red rocks is just one of the wellness experiences available through Naya Traveler.

As the world begins to re-open, many people are anxious to resume traveling. However, safety remains top of mind when it comes to planning. The founders of Naya Traveler recently launched The Wellness Edition in their Best of Bubble Travel portfolio, which features wellness journeys that focus on rejuvenating the mind, body, and soul. Such trips are in high demand following the year we’ve all just experienced.

As a result, Naya Traveler has gone in search of the best places for people to travel with their respective “bubbles.” Designed for multigenerational families and groups of friends, these wellness journeys are designed to tap into the joys of travel while also prioritizing safety measures that put health and wellbeing first.

Focused on safe-to-travel destinations and properties incorporating heightened measures to protect against COVID-19, such as in-house testing and other features to ensure a seamless travel experience, Naya Traveler has introduced a host of wellness journeys to off-the-beaten-path locales. From a stay at Amangiri in Utah’s red-rock country to a luxury eco-retreat in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico to the French island of St. Martin in the Caribbean, these destinations were selected for their ability to provide natural immersion, social distancing, and meaningful connection.

Designed to provide one-of-a-kind experiences, the wellness journeys feature a range of highlights. In Utah, participants have access to the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. The majestic Canyon Country provides the perfect opportunity to delve into ancient healing traditions of the Navajo people, such as Navajo-guided tours of the slot canyons and Monument Valley Tribal Park, powerful storytelling sessions, ritual dances by the fire, and native wellness traditions.

In Mexico, travelers can stay at One & Only Mandarina, which is set in a lush rainforest with 200-year-old trees. Guided meditation; an early morning hike through the jungle; a variety of ocean adventures, such as swimming with whale sharks, stand-up paddle-boarding through a wild rainforest estuary, or fishing with local fisherman, are just some of the memorable experiences to be had.

Exploring the French Caribbean is one way to get that passport back in circulation. While staying at Belmond La Samanna, visitors can enjoy an island-hopping boat day, Creole Rock Snorkel Adventure, hiking with the Arawaks, and a day trip to Tantamarre Island.

All itineraries include luxury accommodations, daily activities and excursions with a private, English-speaking host and expert guides, some meals, all applicable tourism fees, and taxes. New flexible booking conditions allow for rebooking or postponing a trip free of charge should circumstances change.
