For more than 20 years, Amelia has managed communications and marketing strategy at organizations ranging from Georgia Tech to Coca-Cola, but at her core, she’s a writer and editor who loves all things wellness, spa, and travel. Throughout her career, she has written about everything from beauty treatments to luxury spas from Vail to Vienna for outlets such as Fitness, American Fitness Magazine, Wander Wellness Travel Magazine, The Atlantan, Missoula Valley Lifestyle, and American Spa. And you can also catch her working on the editorial side of projects for Fodor’s Travel Guides. In addition to writing and editing, Amelia loves teaching fitness classes and has been a certified teacher for more than 20 years. Currently, she teaches barre and HIIT at Exhale Spa in Atlanta.
