Thoughtfully mixed with complex flavors, fresh botanicals, and vibrant citrus, alcohol-free cocktails offer all of the sophistication and none of the compromise. Vakkaru

Mocktail: Orange-Carrot Ginger Detox
Where to Sip: Vakkaru Maldives 

Recipe

1 orange
1 carrot
1 lime
1 piece ginger
1 dried orange slice (to garnish)

Directions

Peel the orange, carrot, lime, and ginger. Juice until smooth and vibrant, then strain for a silky finish. Pour the juice over ice in a chilled glass. Garnish with the dried orange slice

Breathless black soul margarita mocktail 2

Mocktail: Black Soul Margarita (Zero-Proof)
Where to Sip: Breathless Cancún Soul Resort & Spa (Mexico)

Recipe

2 oz Almave (non-alcoholic)
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz fresh orange juice
1 tsp activated charcoal powder
Splash of soda water
Dehydrated citrus wheel
Optional: black salt rim

Directions 

Mix and shake Almave, lime juice, orange juice, and charcoal with ice. Strain over fresh ice, top with soda, and garnish with dehydrated citrus.

Tropical Sunset TROBBU Tulum

Mocktail: Tropical Sunset Mocktail
Where to Sip: TROBBU Tulum (Mexico)

Recipe

1 passion fruit (pulp and seeds)
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut water 
½ oz lime juice
Ice cubes
½ oz grenadine
1 pineapple leaf and shredded coconut (to garnish)

Directions

Scoop the pulp and seeds from the passion fruit into a shaker. Add pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice to the shaker. Fill with ice cubes and shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered effect. Top with a pineapple leaf and a light sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Mocktail: Soft Light
Where to Sip: The Alida (Savannah)

Recipe

¾ oz Ritual Zero Proof Gin
1 ½ oz Papaya Syrup
2 oz Plain Kefir
8 drops Saline
5 drops Lactic Acid

Directions

Add the Ritual Zero Proof Gin, papaya syrup, plain kefir, saline, and lactic acid to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and lightly frothy. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Serve immediately.

Milano Spritz Hyatt Regency Greenwich

Mocktail: Milano Spritz

Recipe

2.5 oz Free Spirit of Milano
2.5 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
1 orange wheel (to garnish)

Directions

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the Free Spirit of Milano and top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve.

Mocktail: Black Magic Lemonade
Where to Sip: The Algonquin Hotel (New York City)

Recipe 

2 oz alkaline water
¼ tsp activated charcoal powder
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz lavender tea
1 lemon (to garnish)

Directions
In a shaker add the activated charcoal powder and a small splash of the alkaline water. Stir until fully dissolved and smooth. Add the remaining alkaline water, lemon juice, and lavender tea to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake gently until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice or serve up, as preferred. Finish with a lemon wheel or twist on the rim.

Mocktail: Ginger + Garden

Recipe 

2 oz Seedlip Garden 108
4 oz Fever-Tree ginger beer
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 rosemary sprig (to garnish)

Directions

Fill a highball or rocks glass with ice. Pour in the Seedlip Garden 108 and fresh lime juice. Top with Fever-Tree ginger beer and give a gentle stir to combine. Add the rosemary sprig to the glass.
