Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, home to one of the largest spas and wellness facilities on the East Coast, recently debuted the Carillon Spa Society, a new rewards program created to encourage guests and the local community to prioritize wellness and self-care.
Designed to empower individuals to reach their full potential, the program delivers rewards such as exclusive pricing on spa treatments at the resort’s award-winning spa and rolling discounts. Spa Society also provides opportunities for guests to earn points to redeem special offers, including resort day passes and touchless wellness experiences.
“With the Spa Society, our goal is to make wellness more accessible in our community and inspire people to prioritize self-care,” says Tammy Pahel, vice president of spa and wellness operations at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. “This new program gives our guests the rewards, incentives, and encouragement to make wellness a part of their routine in a way that works best for them.”
When enrolled in the program, guests have access to a variety of perks, including:
- Exclusive pricing on Society Rituals, a menu of 50-minute facial, massage, or body treatment services starting at $189, with an additional $10 off their following Society Ritual. Treatments include Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Ginger-Coconut Argan Sugar Glow, Skin Authority VitaD Glow Massage, Well-Being Swedish Massage, Recovery & Detox Facial, Reflexology, and others. Prices can drop to as low as $159 with continued participation over the course of a month. Certain service exclusions apply.
- Ability to redeem Essence Points for wellness rewards, including therapeutic wellness experiences and multi-day passes to the resort’s spa and wellness center. The rewards get more enticing as points accumulate. For 60 points, guests can redeem two resort day passes, and for 120 points, guests can receive four resort day passes and four touchless wellness experiences.
- Access to the resort’s Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit, one of the most expansive hydrotherapy experiences in the U.S., with private men’s and women’s hot and cold areas that are designed to stimulate circulation, relieve pain, decrease stress, and rejuvenate the body.
Essence Points are earned through participation, with creative twists to ensure they grow. For example, guests enrolled in the Spa Society will receive:
- Five points for adding an enhancement to their treatment
- 10 points per Spa Ritual Service booked through Carillon Miami Wellness Resort
- 20 points for booking a spa appointment at the Front Desk
- 30 points for enjoying a spa service on one’s birthday
In addition, guests enrolled in the Spa Society can celebrate wellness with a Society Soiree held amid the resort’s spa and wellness facility. Soirees include complimentary bubbly for all guests, points for each treatment enjoyed by the hosting member, and ten additional points for every guest that enrolls in the Spa Society on the day of the event. Rates for Spa Soirees start at $169 for a minimum of three guests.
There are no fees or purchase requirements to join the Spa Society, and the program is free for eligible guests.
