Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos Introduces Programming with Celebrity Trainer Harley Pasternak and Skin Expert Tata Harper

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas (Mexico) announced it will offer exclusive wellness programming from seven-time best-selling fitness and nutrition author, Harley Pasternak, and founder of her namesake luxury skincare line, Tata Harper. The resort will offer Pasternak’s Baja Body Reset over three weekends this year. The program will include a membership to a virtual community that will promote accountability in between sessions. Harper’s Sensorial Beauty Retreat will be available year-round and feature a variety of spa treatments with grounding experiences rooted in nature to help balance the senses.

“The concept of wellness in its many forms has always played a crucial role in the overall East Cape experience,” says general manager Borja Manchado. “We are thrilled to partner with two of the industry’s leading experts to bring our guests thoughtful programming that supports comprehensive wellness so profoundly that it goes beyond just their stay with us.”

Pasternak, known for sculpting Hollywood’s hottest bodies, is the author of the New York Times best-selling book, The Body Reset Diet. The Baja Body Reset at the resort is inspired by the book and is a weekend program curated and hosted by Pasternak. It combines exercise with adventure, nutrition based on Mexico’s rich culinary offerings, and coaching with education to reset, slim down, and get healthy.

Highlights of the program include an invigorating hike to nearby Sol de Mayo to explore an authentic desert oasis with a spring-fed waterfall, enjoying an exclusive sound bowl therapy session at Oasis Spa, learning how to make several of Pasternak’s famous Five-Factor Diet meals, and attending Baja bootcamp.

Each participant of the program will receive a reset survival kit with Pasternak’s latest book and other Baja essentials including a Fitbit Inspire 2, an herbal eye mask with heating and cooling options, Coola suncare products, and local Baja aloe, bath salts, and an aromatherapy sleep mist. To optimize performance and recovery, Pasternak, a Hyperice Performance ambassador, will provide guests access to Hyperice’s product line, including Vyper, Hypersphere Mini, NormaTec, and Hyperolt technologies. Guests will also take home their own Hypervolt Go.

With plenty of time to enjoy the resort and take advantage of the East Cape with a host of Pasternak-approved activities, guests are encouraged to enjoy the two-mile swimmable beach, a rarity in Cabo. Participants of the program are also free to dine on their own with approved dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, available at all of the resort’s restaurants.

“I’m so excited to have such an amazing property as the inspirational backdrop that will help people reset their bodies and minds,” says Pasternak. “This weekend is just the beginning—we will focus on giving people the tools they need to eat, sleep, and move in a way that elevates the way they feel and the way they look so that they can continue the journey at home.”

The Baja Body Reset kicks off July 23 to 25 with additional sessions September 17 to 19 and December 10 to 12. Sessions start at $2,000 per person, per weekend, and do not include the cost of accommodation, food, beverage, or airport transfers. Guests may also opt for private, one-on-one training and coaching sessions with Pasternak for an additional charge.

Tata Harper’s Sensorial Beauty Retreat synchronizes the intrinsic connection between nature and beauty with a two-day program incorporating her farm-to-face skincare products. Day one involves a guided hike to the top of nearby Flat Rock, which offers views of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains and Sea of Cortez. Guests are taught various breathing exercises that are used to set intentions in the coming days with Tata Harper’s Unwind or Invigorating Aromatherapy elixirs. They also enjoy a 90-minute Oasis Massage and local herbal teas from Tianté Tea.

Day two features a sunrise yoga class, the Oasis Elevating Yoga Facial, and a sound meditation along the jetty of the beach. The retreat concludes with a guided intention setting that encourages participants to set three goals—short-, medium-, and long-term.

“I am thrilled to partner with Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas to launch our new Sensorial Beauty Retreat, globally exclusive to this property,” says Harper. “Our sensorial reset treatments focus on engaging all five senses to encourage a complete retune of both body and mind, and the stunning East Cape and Sea of Cortez provide the perfect backdrop for these transformative experiences.”

Available year-round, the retreat starts at $2,000 per person and does not include the cost of accommodation, food, beverage, or airport transfers.
