Located within the exclusive 68-room adults-only property, the spa offers an array of luxury treatments designed to help guests fully relax into the spirit of wine country. Each treatment is reflective of the property’s location, blending ancient techniques with modern expressions, culminating in a restorative experience.

Offerings at Spa Alila include consciously crafted treatments created by Tara Grodjesk and using Tara Spa Therapy products. They incorporate ancient healing traditions, aromatherapy, and artisanal creations. The signature ritual, Passage to Peace ($440, 2 hours), takes guests on a sensory journey to boost emotional and physical health using warmed, herbal-infused oils to calm the nervous system. Additional treatments include the Ayurveda Dosha Balancing massage ($225, 60 minutes), Holistic Healing facial ($225, 60 minutes), and Immune Boost massage ($225, 60 minutes). The spa is located within a contemporary farmhouse designed by the famed Yabu Pushelberg and includes a steam room, outdoor hydrotherapy, a couples massage suite, and state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Peloton, Life Fitness, and TRX equipment.

Burden Bundles:
The Burden Bundles represent an intentional shedding of negativity. Guests are invited to choose two to three herbs from a selection of lavender, calendula, rosemary, tulsi, and red clover, which are then steeped in a broth during the spa treatment. At the end of the service, the spa provider cleanses the guest’s lower legs and feet with broth-soaked linens, renewing skin and symbolizing the act of leaving behind all that no longer serves a purpose.
Be Here Farm + Nature Ritual Kits:
Spa Alila ritual kits are available for guests to purchase as an in-room amenity as well as in the spa apothecary area. Each kit comes with a unique array of herbs and aromatic botanicals sourced from Be Here Farm + Nature, a biodynamic farm located on the peak of Spring Mountain just outside of St. Helena. From the rare St. John’s Wort Oil to single-farm distillation lavender essential oils, these botanicals are grown without the use of artificial heat or pressure. Guests can enjoy by infusing their bath water on property or at home.
Wine + Wellness Package:
The new Wine + Wellness package combines the best offerings of Napa Valley with the luxury of the Alila brand. Guests are granted access to two days of wine tastings with an additional third day dedicated entirely to wellness. The Wine + Wellness Package leaves guests revitalized, replenished, and ready for whatever adventure lies ahead.
