Celebrating Ayurveda Awareness Day, The Art of Living Retreat Center Shares the Ancient Indian Medical System

Although Ayurveda has been practiced for thousands of years, it is still a mystery to many. However, with the growing interest in holistic and preventative medicine, particularly since the pandemic, bookings at The Art of Living Retreat Center (Boone, NC), specializing in yoga and Ayurveda, have surged by 35 percent.

In honor of Ayurveda Awareness Day on November 11, 2023, the center is offering multiple ways to explore Ayurveda, India’s ancient healing system and the sister science to yoga. 1. Join a complimentary online “Introduction to Ayurveda” talk

The chat, which will provide straightforward and actionable tips for enhancing the quality and duration of life through Ayurveda, will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 1:00pm EST.  

2. Visit the Art of Living Retreat Center with a day pass
