The iconic luxury brand Dior recently partnered with Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes to debut Dior Spa Eden-Roc. Basking in the Côte d’Azur light and overlooking the southern tip of Cap d’Antibes, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is a French Riviera legend. Celebrating this legendary destination, the House of Dior launched an eponymous perfume in the Collection Privée Christian Dior.
The hotel is set on a promontory of white rocks and features an unrestricted view of the Lérins Islands. The elegant residence, with its majestic alleys and iconic swimming pool set into the cliffside, has shone for more than 150 years, capitalizing on its idyllic setting. The grounds are made up of nine hectares, where Aleppo pines, agapanthus, lavender, fragrant roses, and jasmine flourish.
A long-time favorite among jetsetters, it was where Sara and Gerald Murphy summered with friends Hemingway and Picasso. Back in the day, Liz Taylor and Richard Burton visited for their honeymoon. It has also hosted Audrey Hepburn, Sharon Stone, Robert de Niro, Clint Eastwood, and the Kennedy family.
Celebrating a New Chapter of Shared History
Embodying a healthy Mediterranean lifestyle, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc reveals the Parisian elegance of Dior this spring, along with its unique philosophy of beauty and wellbeing, with the opening of Dior Spa Eden-Roc. Together, the two brands are debuting a new chapter in their shared history, which includes a love of nature and flowers. Christian Dior’s Château de la Colle Noire, located just a few miles away, served as his inspiration for using Dior flowers in its fragrances. Selecting the setting for several advertising campaigns, Dior highlighted Eden-Roc as an extraordinary destination by dedicating an eponymous perfume to it, honoring this legendary, sun-drenched spot.
Introducing an Elevated Wellness Experience
Set amid the shade of the immense Aleppo pines in the Cap-Eden-Roc gardens, the Dior Spa features a reception room in pale shades of sand, inspired by the rocks from which the estate rises. The spa includes a boutique retailing the Collection Privée Christian Dior perfumes, including the emblematic Eden-Roc fragrance, as well as the most coveted skincare lines, the new Dior Solar range, and the House makeup. Providing an understated, quiet luxury, the spa has three individual treatment rooms and one double treatment room, each serving as a sensory haven.
In an onyx affusion shower room, guest can enjoy hydrotherapy treatments using various jets. Other spa highlights include an ice fountain used to stimulate blood circulation after a session in the sauna or the hammam and a dedicated Iyashi Dôme treatment room offering infra-therapy for detoxification. Inspired by traditional Japanese treatments, the Dôme naturally rebalances the body for a return to harmony.
