enLiven Retreat Center to Offer The Lone Wolf Yoga Retreat for Men

Paul Menard is a yogi with more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training, plus 500 hours of training in shiatsu and bodywork. He has partnered with enLiven Retreat Center in Vermont for The Lone Wolf, an Exclusive Yoga Retreat for Men, an experience that will take place February 24-26, 2023.

The Lone Wolf Retreat (packages start at $1,105 for single occupancy, $908 for double occupancy) is an invitation for men to join in fellowship with like-minded individuals ready to explore sacred male energies in a restorative and transformative way. The program guides participants on a journey of self-inquiry to redefine what it means to be masculine in an ever-changing world. Also provided are nature-based community activities

The retreat includes:

  • Yoga designed for a man’s body 
  • Self-inquiry workshops to develop methods for relationship building at home and in the workplace
  • Winter hiking, snowshoeing, meditative winter walks, and snowball battles
  • An inviting environment that is ripe for deep connection, introspection, and meaningful conversations.

Menard is the director at Karuna Yoga and Retreat Healing Arts Center in western Massachusetts. For the past seven years, he has been fostering a thriving community. Menard teaches a profound appreciation of movement and mechanics while emphasizing the intricacy and form of yoga.
