Master Sherab, a wellness consultant and mindfulness practitioner, will be leading a host of immersive Tibetan experiences.

Six Senses Krabey Island in Cambodia recently debuted a collection of new experiences crafted to help guests escape the demands of everyday life. From personalized multi-night wellness programs to rituals led by Buddhist masters, these new offerings help guests reconnect with themselves, nature, and the richness of Cambodian culture.

New Blessing Rituals

Rangdrol Rinpoche, a spiritual master of Buddhism, was recognized at a young age as a Tulku, the reincarnation of an enlightened master whose spiritual mission is to preserve and transmit the profound wisdom of his past lives. At Six Senses Krabey Island, Rinpoche is offering new blessing rituals for longevity, health, and success, allowing guests to experience an authentic connection to Buddhist spiritual traditions in a private, meaningful setting.

Cambodian Bamboo Tapping Massage

Among the resort’s highlights is the new Detox Massage (starting at $120, 60 or 90 minutes), which uses bamboo tapping techniques for an energizing massage focusing on the areas between the upper legs, glutes, lower back, hips, and abdomen. The treatment incorporates dry brushing to stimulate circulation and improve skin tone and elasticity. The massage also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite by breaking down adipose tissue and reducing fluid retention.

Tibetan Experiences with Master Sherab

Guests may also opt for immersive Tibetan-inspired experiences led by master Sherab, a wellness consultant and mindfulness practitioner with more than a decade of experience. He offers personalized coaching that blends ancestral wisdom with practical, meaningful guidance, helping participants cultivate balance, clarity, and inner peace. Here are some of the new offerings:

  • Meditation like a Monk: Step into the mindfulness monks have cultivated for centuries and discover inner peace. Himalayan singing bowls are placed around and on the body, sending soothing vibrations through muscles and energy channels. Combined with guided meditation, the sound frequencies slow brain waves and invite deep relaxation. This experience releases stress and supports deep restorative sleep.
  • Tibetan Astrology Consultation: This personalized written chart, created from an individual’s birth details, weaves together lunar cycles, elemental forces, and karmic influences from past lives. Serving as a personal guide, it supports self-care, alignment with one’s path, and living with greater clarity, balance, and purpose.
  • Tibetan Yoga: This practice harmonizes body, speech, and mind through gentle and energizing asanas, positive thought, and mantra chanting into a graceful yoga flow for the whole being. Rooted in Tibetan tradition, it restores inner balance, clears energetic blocks, and awakens presence

Personalized Wellness Packages

The property has also introduced a new personalized wellness package, offering three-, five-, or seven-night journeys designed to restore balance, energy, and vitality. Each program combines ancient healing practices, holistic movement, and plant-based nourishment, with inclusions varying by length of stay. Depending on the number of nights chosen, guests will enjoy an Ayurvedic consultation, private wellness sessions such as meditation or yoga, a Signature Massage treatment, an immersive Alchemy Bar workshop, daily breakfast at AHA Restaurant, and nourishing dinners crafted with locally sourced ingredients.
