The Lake Como Edition has unveiled The Longevity Spa, a new science-backed sanctuary. Set in a restored 19th-century palazzo overlooking Lake Como, the luxury hotel features 148 rooms, including 25 suites and two penthouses. The new spa, opened in March, embraces a scientific approach to wellbeing, combining advanced diagnostics with high-performance treatments designed to promote cellular regeneration, metabolic balance, and mental clarity. Rooted in the expertise of the Longevity Group, from which The Longevity Suite also originates, The Longevity Spa draws on the legacy of Italy’s leading network of biohacking and anti-aging city clinics, internationally recognized across Europe for its integrated, personalized, and technology-driven health protocols.

Featuring seven treatment rooms including one couples treatment room, the spa offers a range of specialized treatments and experiences. The treatment menu blends biohacking technology with holistic rituals designed to support longevity, increased energy, and visible results. Signature rituals from the Blue Zones are designed to reconnect the body and mind, and longevity experiences involve advanced technology to deliver rapid recovery and deep renewal. Offerings include the Iki-Sabi Ritual, based on Japanese philosophies, which includes a remineralizing seaweed wrap, followed by a precious blend of fermented rice water and silk powder, a silk cocoon facial massage, and gentle bodywork. The Skin Glow Experience starts with a longevity skin check to tailor the treatment, followed by a full-body detox and targeted facial. The Ultimate Biohacking is a regenerative treatment combining dry float therapy, near infra-red (NIR) technology, and hydrogen oxygen therapy, designed to support sleep, boost immunity, reduce inflammation, and improve collagen production and elasticity.

Spa-goers will also find a range of face and body treatments that combine high-performance activities with precise manual techniques, delivering visible results. For the face, they may choose among a selection of effective treatments such as the Cryofacial Hydrashine, a hydrating, glow-boosting facial using local cryo and an oxygenating mask to deliver actives that stimulate collagen and elastin production, enhancing skin tone, firmness, and radiance. For the body, there is Cryodraining, which incorporates osmotic wraps, pressotherapy, and targeted massage, alongside a curated selection of massages designed to restore balance and reset the mind and body. The Longevity Spa also features Finnish and herbal saunas as well as separate steam and Turkish baths.

Guests can continue their wellness journey at the hotel’s expansive gym with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, designed to cater to strength training, cardio workouts, and functional fitness routines. The 24-hour gym is set within a light-filled space reflecting Lake Como’s scenic beauty while creating a motivating, modern training environment. The Lake Como Edition will also offer seasonal wellness programs curated by expert trainers, offering sunrise lakeside yoga sessions, personal training, and guided hikes through the surrounding mountains. Beyond just a wellness retreat in Lake Como, The Longevity Spa at The Lake Como Edition blends the serenity of its breathtaking setting with innovative treatments and pioneering protocols.
