What are your favorite things to do to maintain your personal wellbeing?
I love indulging in spa treatments, especially massages, to maintain my personal wellbeing. These sessions alleviate physical tension and stress while also providing mental relaxation and rejuvenation, greatly enhancing my overall sense of wellbeing.
Is there a specific fitness activity that you love and why?
Yoga is my favorite, because it perfectly combines physical exercise with mental relaxation. It allows me to escape the daily hustle and enter a state of calm and mindfulness, clearing my mind, improving my flexibility, and strengthening my body, all while fostering inner peace.

My favorite healthy beverages are the mocktails served at Spa Adeline. These refreshing drinks feature Melati, a health-boosting botanical line, mixed with guava juice and garnished with cucumber slices. They are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.
What is your greatest wellness achievement?
My greatest wellness achievement has been the consistent incorporation of healthy habits into my daily life. Regular exercise, mindful eating, and self-care practices like meditation and spa visits have significantly boosted my overall health and wellbeing.
What do you think is the most exciting wellness innovation you have recently discovered?
It would have to be the use of infrared saunas. They use infrared light to heat the body directly, which aids in detoxification, relaxation, improved circulation, and pain relief, all without the extreme heat of traditional saunas.
What is your idea of balanced healthy happiness?
It is about harmoniously integrating physical health, mental wellbeing, and emotional fulfillment. It means feeling energized and content, having meaningful relationships, engaging in joyful activities, and maintaining a positive mindset.

Try to keep a gratitude journal. Spending a few minutes each day to jot down what I’m grateful for helps me shift my focus to positive aspects of life, significantly enhancing my mental and emotional wellbeing.
