The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, a four-diamond retreat owned and managed by Pacifica Host Hotels, introduced its new spa by Ageless Humans, a leader in advanced wellness and aesthetic medicine. This collaboration, Ah Spa by Ageless Humans, marks a significant milestone as the first full-service spa from Ageless Humans integrated into a hospitality environment.

This state-of-the-art facility blends the restorative elements for which the Westin brand is known with cutting-edge spa and aesthetic services. Las Vegas guests and locals can now access a curated menu of traditional spa therapies such as massage and facials alongside Longevity Salon hairstyling services combining expert craftsmanship with performance-driven products from R+Co and R+Color. Ageless Humans will also offer medical spa offerings, including peptide and hormone therapies, IV drip therapies, injectables, NAD+ shots, and more, all delivered by licensed medical professionals. This unique integration ensures a holistic approach to health, beauty, and relaxation, designed to complement the tranquility and exclusivity of the lakefront environment.

Ah Spa will continuously build out new amenities within its facilities at The Westin Lake Las Vegas and will carry a line of world-class clinical skincare products to support guests’ skin health both in the spa and at home. Ah Spa leadership also plans to debut a membership program in the coming months.

“Our partnership with Ageless Humans allows us to offer an unprecedented level of personalized wellness and renewal to our guests,” says Greg Gooding, general manager of The Westin Lake Las Vegas. “Ah Spa aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing premium, upscale comforts and experiences that leave guests feeling better than when they arrived.”

The new medical facility is overseen by Kyra Slade, a certified family nurse practitioner and advanced practice registered nurse with nearly three decades of healthcare experience. As the spa’s medical director, she will lead clinical care and a new model of personalized, preventive, and restorative medicine.

Slade’s expertise spans longevity medicine, hormone optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and the full spectrum of medical aesthetics from neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid fillers to biostimulatory treatments. Her resurfacing work covers CO2 and Erbium lasers, RF microneedling, IPL, Thermage, and chemical peels, each protocol tailored to the individual patient.

With a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a clinical foundation built across leadership roles in oncology, surgical, and aesthetic nursing, Slade is passionate about patient education, autonomy, and compassionate care.

“Longevity is not simply about appearance—it’s about helping each person look and feel their absolute best at every stage of life,” says Slade. “I’m so excited to bring my experience and creative insight to Ageless Humans as we redefine wellness and spa culture in the Lake Las Vegas community.”

Complementing the medical practice, the spa and salon are led by spa director Jeff Wescott, a 48-year Henderson local, seasoned Las Vegas spa director, and master stylist with 35 years behind the chair. His leadership ensures the guest experience will reflect the community it serves.

Setting the spa apart is its proprietary technology: Ah Spa by Ageless Humans is the first location powered by AEMY, the company’s own patent-pending, AI-driven longevity platform. AEMY unifies the entire patient journey—from an AI concierge that books and answers questions around the clock to the personalized, N-of-1 biomarker analysis behind every patient’s Optimization Blueprint—delivering a level of individualization and continuity rarely found in a spa setting.

“We built Ah Spa to prove that being in the upper tier of health for your age isn’t luck, it’s a practice,” says Caleb Wilborn, founder and CEO of Ageless Humans. “Kyra and I live that every day, and now it’s our honor to share it with the Lake Las Vegas community.”
