Following two successful West Coast events, the Well Defined Women in Leadership Summit is heading east and will take place April 21, 2026, in New York City at 140 Broadway. Gathering women from all walks of the wellness world, this powerful all-day event will highlight inspiring speakers who will focus on leadership and longevity, from both a business and health perspective. Expect rich discussions on burnout, the invisible load, women’s longevity and hormonal health, neuroscience, mental and financial wellbeing, and emerging wellness trends—plus real-world launch strategies from innovative female founders. This uplifting summit is designed to elevate and celebrate women while delving into the issues that are impacting their lives professionally, politically, financially, and personally.

“As we confront a world in which women’s rights are increasingly challenged, women’s healthcare is consistently underfunded, and our stories and accomplishments risk being minimized or erased from the public record altogether, we’re also contending with the rapid rise of AI and its impact on our work, our sense of stability, and our connection with one another,” says Well Defined co-founder Heather Mikesell. “In times like these, coming together in community becomes essential. Well Defined’s Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to share insights, support each other, and rise together.”

“It’s been a challenging few years for women in the workforce—and, frankly, in every aspect of their lives—and it feels like the right time to bring our friends and colleagues together to address issues that many of us are facing,” says Well Defined co-founder Julie Keller Callaghan. “Our first two events left our attendees—both men and women—feeling inspired and motivated. We are thrilled to bring this event back in 2026, this time on the East Coast. Further, our focus on longevity—from your personal health to that of your business—is incredibly timely.”

With plenty of opportunities to network, the summit will feature a lunch and celebratory cocktail party. It will also welcome women and their supporters from all areas of the wellness industry, including:

  • Spa owners, directors, executives, estheticians, cosmetologists, and massage therapists
  • Salon owners, directors, and stylists
  • Wellness brand founders and team members
  • Hotel and resort general managers and other executives

  • Wellness travel agents and tourism experts

  • Fitness facility owners, managers, instructors, and more
