New research has found the celebrities people are most curious about regarding potential surgeries, skincare routines, and injectables, revealing Jennifer Aniston as the most searched for star.

The research, conducted by biological age testing company TruMe Labs, examined America’s monthly searches on Google Keyword Planner for celebrities paired with search terms relating to procedures such as plastic surgery, Botox, and fillers. The results then gave an average number of searches per month to reveal the top celebrities the public is speculating about.

#1 Jennifer Aniston

The iconic Friends star Jennifer Aniston came out on top of the list with average monthly searches totaling 26,553 for terms relating to plastic surgery and Botox. It has long been speculated that the 55-year-old icon has had Botox thanks to her glowing skin, but Aniston has denied this. However, the star admitted to having a chemical peel at one point, which consists of using a solution to burn off the dead skin cells and promote new cell growth, thus reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Aniston is also a recommender of peptide therapy, which she credits as giving her skin that fresh look.

Alongside this, Aniston has also admitted to having a rhinoplasty although claims this was non-cosmetic and solely to fix a deviated septum. However, fans have noticed a subtle difference in the appearance of her nose since she first rose to fame, leading some to speculate there may have been some alteration during the procedure. In fact, the data showed that Aniston’s “nose job” was the most speculated about procedure of hers with over 6,000 monthly searches.

#2 Taylor Swift

The most popular singer on the planet currently, Taylor Swift comes as the second celebrity with the most speculation after amassing 25,801 monthly searches surrounding her features, including over 5,000 searches curious about a nose job.

Swift has never gone public about having any surgery or Botox injections. Despite this, some surgeons on TikTok have theorized that Swift has had a subtly rhinoplasty, noting the slimmer nose she has now in comparison to her teenage years. Others have also speculated that the singer has had upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery to widen her eyes alongside some lip filler, but all who speculate note that any potential changes look very natural.

#3 Madonna

Having been in the public eye for more than 40 years, it is no wonder Madonna has an average of 23,168 searches inquiring about her changing appearance, making her the third-most-speculated about celebrity. According to the data, people have speculated the most about a potential Brazilian butt lift citing over 4,000 searches per month.

When asked about her skincare routine, the 65-year-old icon cited her own luxury skincare brand MDNA Skin as helping her keep that youthful glow. Yet, others have noticed her appearance changing with some suggesting this is due to a potential brow lift, filler injections in the cheeks and lips, as well as rhinoplasty and Botox.

#4 Selena Gomez

Over the years, there has been much speculation surrounding Selena Gomez’s appearance, and she currently averages around 20,385 searches per month related to her looks. The singer, actress, and businesswoman struggles with the autoimmune disease lupus, which causes skin rashes, tiredness, and joint pain, and can partially explain many of the changes to her face and body.

However, the star briefly opened up last year about previously having Botox after an internet troll accused the star of having cheek filler. As with most celebrities, there are rumors that the star has had a small rhinoplasty as well as a brow lift, and others have noticed her fuller lips in recent years.

#5 Jennifer Lawrence

Actress Jennifer Lawrence comes in as fifth most Googled, citing an average of 18,665 searches per month. Last year, Lawrence was noted for supposedly undergoing intensive facial changes that made her appearance markedly different.

Like Jennifer Aniston, Lawrence admitted to rhinoplasty, only having it to fix a deviated septum reportedly. However, this procedure is not known to slim down the nose, and multiple surgeons have claimed Lawrence’s nose was indeed altered. Alongside this, there have been rumors regarding a potential blepharoplasty and injectables such as lip filler. At the moment, those who speculate are most curious about whether the star had a facelift and a nose job with a combined 6,000 searches per month for the two.

#6 Simon Cowell

The sixth most Googled celebrity was TV personality Simon Cowell, who shocked fans with a dramatic change to his face a few years ago. This has led to 17,653 monthly speculative searches wondering what the star had done surgically.

Cowell has been open about certain procedures, citing a facelift in 2018 as one factor contributing to his changed appearance. He also admitted to having Botox and filler, claiming he has since stopped getting injectables since 2022.

#7 Drake

Rapper Drake caused a stir earlier this year after fans took a Megan Thee Stallion lyric to be a reference about his potential plastic surgery. Over the last year, the rapper has been subject to speculation that he has had liposuction as well as fake abs and even a potential Brazilian butt lift. So far, the star has vehemently denied all rumors. On average, Drake receives 16,058 monthly searches surrounding his appearance.

#8 Ariana Grande

The star Ariana Grande comes next, citing 14,063 monthly searches. During her Vogue skincare routine video, the singer mentioned she has stopped getting lip fillers and Botox injections since 2018, but that does not mean she has stopped attempting to alter her appearance in other ways. Many still speculate she has had a facelift, brow lift, changes to her eye shape, and a nose job with the latter amassing over 8,000 monthly searches alone speculating about the changes.

#9 Kylie Jenner

No stranger to rumors surrounding her looks, Kylie Jenner is next on the list, with 13,165 monthly searches relating to her looks. The reality star took years to admit to lip fillers and breast augmentation, causing many to speculate on further surgeries the star is keeping quiet about. As with a lot of her family, there have been speculations over a potential Brazilian butt lift along with a chin reconstruction, an eyebrow lift, and plenty of Botox. Each month, there are over 1,800 searches regarding Kylie’s potential Brazilian butt lift.

#10 Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman rounds off the top 10, with 13,046 average searches each month regarding her features, with her most speculated about procedure being a facelift, citing more than 1,000 monthly searches for this alone. The Australian icon has been rumored to have had her nose bridge thinned with a rhinoplasty as well as having cheek fillers to give her face volume, something that naturally declines with age. Kidman has denied any surgery or filler and thanks a good skincare routine on keeping her youthful appearance.

“In a world where celebrities profit from their appearance and are expected to look perfect constantly, it is no wonder many celebrities turn to plastic surgery and injectables to maintain their beauty as they age,” says Yelena Budovskaya, Ph.D, CEO of TruMe Labs. “Many celebrities will try to hide any changes made to their faces and bodies, but audiences are becoming more aware of the subtle differences that occur. Because of this, people are pushing more for celebrities to be open and honest about their enhancements to combat unrealistic beauty standards that are unachievable for the average person. When celebrities come clean about their plastic surgeries, filler, and Botox, it helps to de-mystify the public about why their appearance has changed. Being open and honest about the work they have had done can ensure audiences will not feel the need to live up to this idea of beauty that has, in reality, been achieved through cosmetic procedures.”
