Spa Nalai at Park Hyatt New York

Park Hyatt New York, a five-star luxury oasis in the heart of Midtown, has reopened Spa Nalai in collaboration with KOS PARIS, the esteemed French beauty and wellness. Spa Nalai welcomes guests following a complete revitalization that helps position it as a haven of wellness and tranquility. Just steps from the newly debuted Manhattan Suite, the spa further elevates the floor’s transformation into a refined retreat, offering an unparalleled level of luxury and sanctuary.

Spa Nalai, meaning serenity in the language of the Lenape people, the original inhabitants of Manhattan, offers an escape to wellness from the bustling city below. Its next chapter promises a one-of-a-kind experience with exclusive new treatments and two luxuriously appointed treatment suites—one offering unparalleled views of Central Park—creating a unique wellness destination on the hotel’s 25th floor.

Among the updates are a shared lounge area connecting to the locker rooms; an indoor hydrotherapy area with a saltwater lap pool, whirlpool, and co-ed eucalyptus steam room; and a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym cardio equipment, Peloton Bikes, and personal trainers available upon request.

Exemplifying an enhanced commitment to sustainability initiatives, extraordinary service, and holistic wellbeing, Park Hyatt New York sought out the ultimate beauty collaborator to further elevate the spa’s transformation. With authenticity, balance, botanical efficacy, and natural, ultra-clean formulas at its core, KOS PARIS aligned seamlessly with Park Hyatt New York’s commitment to excellence, and together, the two have developed a refreshed experience for ultimate relaxation. The first exclusive KOS PARIS spa in New York City, Spa Nalai brings the elegance of French beauty to New York with a menu featuring signature treatments using KOS products, designed exclusively for Park Hyatt New York. Additionally, Spa Nalai serves as the only retail outlet offering KOS PARIS products for purchase in New York City, offering its visitors exclusive access to the brand’s most iconic collection of face, body, and hair products including The Legends Range (including Legends Cream & Legends Elixir), The Babassu Butter, and The Dawn Garden body oil.

“We are delighted to introduce a newly elevated Spa Nalai experience on the 25th floor,” says Laurent Ebzant, Area VP and general manager of Park Hyatt New York. “Spa Nalai has always embodied the luxury experience Park Hyatt New York is known for and in its new direction with KOS PARIS, it continues to make every wellness touchpoint as indulgent as the hotel itself.”

Signature KOS PARIS treatments include the KOS Immersion Treatment, a rejuvenating experience that begins with a calming full-body massage using the soothing aromas of orange blossom, verbena, or rose-infused argan oil. This is followed by a beautifying facial to relax the body and mind while rejuvenating the skin and restoring its natural glow. Treatment enhancements are available, including LED Light Therapy, Eye Contour Renewal, Hair and Scalp Treatment, Warm Stone Therapy, and CBD.

“We are extremely proud to work with Park Hyatt New York, a place synonymous with excellence and refinement. This collaboration with the Spa Nalai allows us to bring our expertise in natural cosmetics and our commitment to sustainability initiatives to one of the city’s most prestigious hotels,” says Sophie Allouche, founder of KOS PARIS. “We have designed exceptional treatments that embody our vision: combining efficacy, sensoriality, and respect for nature to create an unforgettable experience. This collaboration with Park Hyatt New York is more than just business—it is the meeting of two worlds that share the same values of excellence and authenticity.”
