Sleep is on the minds of many travelers these days. According to Hilton’s 2025 Trend Report, interest in “sleep tourism” soared last year, and hotels responded in kind by introducing sleep retreats, sleep-centric guest rooms, and mindful drinking options for “clear-headed conversations and sweeter slumbers.”
Sleep-friendly practices are anticipated to grow this year, and with 70 percent of luxury travelers drawn to hotels that offer sleep-centric amenities, Hilton is introducing new innovations such as the Wellness Guest Rooms at Conrad Orlando. Each of these four Wellness Guest Rooms come with the latest technologies to optimize personal wellbeing, travel rejuvenation, and restful sleep, while also offering access to Conrad Spa’s Water Garden, where pathways lead to bathing rituals inspired by Florida’s breathtaking natural springs.
“We’ve noticed one of the main reasons our guests stay at Conrad Orlando is to rest and recover, so we’re confident our Wellness Sleep Retreat will be well received by those prioritizing getting sufficient, quality sleep,” says Lindsay Neeley, director of spa, wellness, and retail at Conrad Orlando. “The itinerary prepared will not only provide valuable insight from experts on recent advancements in sleep science, but it will also allow travelers to find manageable ways to achieve restful sleep at home.”
Conrad Orlando’s Wellness Sleep Retreat 2025 will include accommodation in a king or two-queen guest room, various meals, as well as all programming and other amenities. Cost per person is $599 per night, with a three-night minimum stay required.
