The Global Wellness Institute’s Women in Leadership Initiative, is spearheading a groundbreaking survey of women in wellness leadership roles and is seeking feedback from female leaders.
To begin, the group defines a wellness leader as a woman who works in some capacity in the wellness space, has a vision, and shares it with others.
With this in mind, the group wants to hear from anyone who identifies as a female wellness leader, via this anonymous 15-minute survey. The survey features questions about compensation, leadership qualities, burnout, the impact of COVID-19, work-life balance, sexual harassment, mentorship, entrepreneurship, stress-relief strategies, and more. The results will be used to help create resources, programming, and more that address the needs of women in wellness leadership roles and help women evolve in their leadership positions and aspirations.
The survey closes on May 31.
