Oakworks, a leading spa and wellness equipment manufacturer, has launched the SoVi Vibroacoustic System. SoVi vibratory and auditory technology is integrated into the Curva Lounger Anti-Gravity Chair or Britta Table to deliver the latest form of healing modalities and add soothing audio through built-in speakers and headphones. The proprietary vibroacoustic technology promotes relaxation, stress management, and performance enhancement, enabling customized wellness experiences and touchless treatments.
“We are especially proud to launch SoVi’s open platform so our partners can customize their own sound and vibration therapy protocols,” says Jessica Wadley, vice president of business development for Oakworks. “Spa directors told us they don’t want to be locked into set treatment protocols and like that we stick to what we do best. Our core competency is medical- class and high-end luxury tables—made in the USA with all clean materials. We’re always thinking about operations functionality, ease of repair, and ensuring that there are no contraindications.”
Several spas are already finding success with this new technology. The Biohacking Treatment at Fairmont Century Plaza (Los Angeles), for example, features the Curva Lounger Anti-Gravity Chair with a NASA-inspired curve and tilt that promotes relaxation and focuses on sleep quality, stress relief, and mindfulness. Says Magdaleena Nikolov, general manager of spa, wellness, and retail at Fairmont Century Plaza, “The Curva Lounger was the perfect complement to our cutting-edge biohacking treatments, offering the guests the ultimate in comfort, relaxation, and wellness.”
