Several of Strata Spa’s signature treatments are based on these principles. Abhyanga, a rhythmic massage using warm herbal oils selected according to an individual’s dosha, is designed to support balance and relaxation. Other experiences expand on that foundation through more immersive rituals that combine massage, facial therapies, foot treatments, and Shirodhara, a traditional treatment in which warm herbal oil is gently streamed across the forehead.

The schedule spans a wide spectrum, from high-energy sessions such as Strength & Cardio Bootcamp and Muscle Madness to slower-paced offerings including Yin yoga, stretching, balance work, and mobility-focused classes.
This diversity allows guests to tailor movement to their own needs and abilities. Someone seeking recovery and stress reduction may spend the day in yoga and gentle movement classes, while another guest might focus on strength training, cycling, and higher-intensity workouts.
