The Spa at The Joule (Dallas) recently underwent a renovation that expanded the footprint of its retail space and added a new express facial bar. With this new expansion, the spa features an enhanced reception area, luxe loungers, a larger retail space, and an express facial bar for those on the go.

Originally envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany, the spa is a true sanctuary for wellness. It offers a modern, serene space dedicated to high-performance skincare, spiritual relaxation, restorative body rituals, and European heat experiences. In honor of the spa’s 10th anniversary, Tihany Design returned to oversee the creation of a larger retail space on Main Street, an enhanced reception area with house-made pastries, herbal teas and luxe relaxation loungers, and an express facial bar, elevating the spa experience to new heights.

The new retail space features a full range of products from brands such as Biologique Recherche and Environ for skincare, Oribe for hair care, Candela for bodycare, and more. In addition to the retail space, The Spa is introducing an Express Facial Bar, offering 30- or 45-minute experiences that enhance the overall appearance and vitality of the skin with high doses of vitamins and essential nutrients.

Ideal for those on the go or looking for a quick fix during their lunch break, the facial bar combines high-performance skincare and exclusive technology to ensure guests are glowing as quickly as possible. There are four custom facial options, priced at $135 for 30 minutes, including:

  • Radiant Hydration Facial: The hydrating facial replenishes the skin’s moisture levels with a nourishing and soothing treatment that deeply infuses hydration into the skin.
  • Youth-Restoring Facial: This renewing treatment targets signs of aging and boosts elasticity, improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Jet-Set Facial: This is a lymphatic drainage massage and facial for the jet-lagged traveler. It focuses on the eyes to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
  • Clear Complexion Facial: This treatment is for acne-prone skin. It helps extract and clear clogged pores, kill bacteria, and soothe active breakouts.

The 45-minute treatments offer a choice of three options for $190, including:

  • HydraGlow Facial: This treatment purifies, hydrates, and brightens with an exfoliating aqua peel hydro dermabrasion, and hot/cold modalities that increase circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce inflammation, and lock in moisture.
  • Luxe Lift Facial: For those wanting to sculpt and tone, this facial contours and lifts with a thermo-sculpting treatment that uses toning and firming microcurrent technology and heated radiofrequency to gently boost collagen.
  • Clarifying Detox Facial: An exfoliating aqua peel hydra-dermabrasion treatment that provides a deep-pore cleanse, exfoliation, and extractions while ultrasound technology stimulates blood circulation and infuses active ingredients deeper into the skin.

The facial bar also offers skin consultations, custom facials, and advanced facial add-ons for a completely customizable and personalized treatment.

In addition to these new features, The Spa at The Joule boasts a coed heated vitality pool inspired by natural geothermal springs, a eucalyptus dry sauna, a crystal steam room, a rainfall shower experience, a salt pool, and locker rooms equipped with showers, bath amenities, beauty tools, robes, and slippers. Guests who book a full-service treatment at the spa are welcomed with a glass of champagne and snacks in the lounge, customized lunch menus, access to the facilities one hour before and one hour after the selected treatment, and complimentary car service within a three-mile radius.
