At a time when travelers are seeking a deeper connection with both place and self, Aman has introduced a series of new nature-led wellness experiences across several of its properties. Designed to reflect the landscapes and cultural traditions that shape each destination, the programs invite guests to restore balance through immersive rituals and treatments rooted in the natural world. From a riverside sauna and private hammam spa house in Bhutan to a circadian rhythm retreat in Vietnam designed to support deeper, more restorative sleep, each experience reflects a growing shift toward wellness that is guided by nature and grounded in place.

Set across five valleys in the Himalayas, Amankora offers a deeply spiritual wellness journey shaped by Bhutan’s landscapes. In 2026, Amankora Paro will introduce a new Hammam Spa House, a private sanctuary featuring a double treatment room, steam room, cold plunge, outdoor pool, and relaxation lounge. Bespoke hammam journeys combine exfoliating scrubs, aromatic soaps, and massage, with options ranging from a 90-minute treatment to half-day spa immersions with lunch. Also new is the Iglu Sauna, a riverside sauna inspired by Eastern European and Scandinavian banya traditions. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook forest and monasteries while therapists perform traditional venik rituals using oak or birch bundles to stimulate circulation and exfoliate the skin. Sessions include contrast bathing and outdoor relaxation.

Opening in the UNESCO-protected Dolomites, Aman Rosa Alpina’s new Aman Spa introduces treatments designed to support recovery after outdoor adventure. The Alpine Muscle Relief Massage uses locally sourced arnica with wildflower and lavender oils to ease muscular tension and improve circulation. For a deeper reset, the Dolomites Spa Journey is a four-and-a-half-hour experience combining a private training session, dry-brushing peel, therapeutic massage, and a facial.

Amankila’s evolving wellness program focuses on both physical restoration and emotional balance. New experiences include a Body Contour Massage using Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques, Sound Healing sessions designed to calm the nervous system through vibration, and Tai Chi Shibasi Qi Gong movement classes that promote balance, energy flow, and mindful movement.

Overlooking Ubud’s rice terraces, Amandari continues to expand its holistic programming with visiting practitioner Thea Eve, who will offer Healing Rhythm sessions through April 2026. Combining breathwork and somatic awareness, the sessions aim to restore natural breathing patterns and rebalance the nervous system. A new Singing Bowl Massage is available, using warmed singing bowls filled with hot water to deliver flowing massage movements that release tension and promote deep relaxation.

Located within the wild landscapes of Nui Chua National Park, Amanoi introduces the Restore Circadian Rhythm Retreat, designed to improve sleep and rebalance the body’s natural rhythms. The program combines hydrotherapy, therapeutic bodywork, mindful movement, and sound-led relaxation, alongside evening rituals such as calming teas and sleep mists to support deeper rest.

Amanera’s 2026 wellness programming draws inspiration from the shamanic traditions of the Taíno people. The new Elemental Body Awareness experience guides guests through movement and breathwork aligned with the four elements—grounding Pilates (earth), Vinyasa yoga (water), breathwork (fire), and sound healing (air)—to promote physical awareness and emotional balance. Until May, guests can also join the Ice Bath Recovery Retreat led by resident wellness specialist Jonathan Loyola, combining guided breathwork, meditation, cold immersion, and Watsu therapy to enhance recovery, mobility, and resilience. Additional new treatments include Myofascial Release, targeting fascia restrictions to improve mobility and reduce muscular tension.

Across the portfolio, Aman’s wellness ambassadors continue to shape new programming. At Amanzoe in Greece, guests can join the Building Mental Resilience program developed with Maria Sharapova, designed to strengthen both physical endurance and mental focus. Meanwhile, tennis legend Novak Djokovic’s Longevity Pathways (including the notable Detoxification Program) are now available at seven Aman destinations worldwide.
