Preidlhof, a five-star luxury wellness resort in Northern Italy, has created a year-round program that supports women experiencing menopause with its Menopause Retreat. The six-day wellness program serves as a nurturing sanctuary for this important female phase, offering healing classes, spa treatments, and consultations that amplify the pleasure of being alive and being a woman.

The retreat features 22 distinguished treatments to bolster menopausal balance and wellbeing, including:

Ancient Healing Session

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) guides this therapeutic session, which combines the release that comes from professional massage with the power that comes from personalized exercises to practice at home. An integration of mind and body, this session uses both the internal organs and the emotions to cultivate physical and mental release.

Your Voice

This all-female session focuses on using your body to realize your own innate power. Led by a trained vocal artist, this unique treatment helps women take control of their voices with the support of deep breathing and inner centering. Your Voice will cleanse and transform the body by removing tension and clearing energy.

Medical Wellness Session: Acupuncture

Combatting the negative symptoms of menopause is the goal of this wellness session. Conducted by the resort’s own Med. A. Angerer, M.D., this treatment is designed to mend sleep issues and promote balanced energy through acupuncture that is individualized to the symptoms of each specific woman.

In addition to the treatments, the retreat includes a variety of classes, such as Yoga Nidra Meditation to improve sleep, awareness, and creativity; Laughter Yoga to improve energy, elevate frequency, and unlock breath; Mindful/Sensorial Eating to make eating more enjoyable and sustainable, improve digestion, connect with good food, and improve inner awareness; Face Yoga to create an anti-aging routine and improve appearance and energy; Qi Gong or Dao Yin to improve energy, flexibility, and self-healing, and more. Guests can also partake in special events like Forest Bathing, Sound Healing, Transformative Dance, and more.
