Her treatments at Le Spa are personalized journeys for each guest that are designed to elevate the senses. Here, she shares her favorite way to de-stress.

What is your favorite self-care routine?

For my nighttime facial ritual, I begin with an oil cleanse, followed by exfoliation (can be anything from a gentle scrub to an enzymatic peel), and finish with a nourishing mask, which I sometimes leave on overnight. Some of my favorites are Votary Super Seed Cleansing Oil, Naturopathica Oat Cleansing Facial Polish, Naturopathica Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel, and Naturopathica White Tea Antioxidant Mask.

Is there a specific fitness activity that you love and why?

Early morning hikes. I find the morning air to be invigorating, which helps set my mood for the day!

What is your favorite healthy food, and do you have a favorite way of preparing it?

Chicken Parmesan! Okay, I know what you’re thinking, but it’s my favorite thing to eat, so I’ve found a healthy way to enjoy it. I filet and pound a chicken breast, lay it in a shallow baking dish, cover it with my favorite sauce (I make my own and always use organic San Marzano canned tomatoes), sprinkle freshly grated parmesan and low-fat mozzarella cheese on top, and I finish it with torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. Then I bake it at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes and serve it with baked spaghetti squash.

What is your favorite healthy beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and do you have any insider tips for preparing it?

The Rockefeller: It’s equal parts freshly squeezed grapefruit and pineapple juice, one to two ounces of your favorite flavor of kombucha (mine is watermelon). I lighten it up with a splash of seltzer water or heighten it with your favorite spirit.

Do you have a favorite secret health or wellness tip you would like to share?

Drink a big glass of room temperature lemon water (I use a full lemon) first thing in the morning to cleanse and aide in digestion.

Is there a particular wellness company that impresses you and why?

I love the variety of food; drinks; fun snacks; and health, wellness, and beauty products Thrive Market offers. Their customer service is amazing, too! Bonus, I save money and can get some very-hard-to-find products. I highly recommend getting a subscription.

What is your go-to for de-stressing?

Long walks! I like to get lost in my thoughts, be one with nature, and take the time to notice the small things. And it’s important to leave the phone at home.

What brings you joy?

Cooking a delicious meal on a warm summer night, windows open, light breeze blowing in, then getting to share it with my husband who I’m lucky enough to also call my best friend.
