Pendry Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Two Roads Development and announced plans for Pendry Tampa, a hotel and residential development in the center of the dynamic Tampa Riverwalk. The newest Pendry property will include 220 guestrooms and 207 Pendry Residences. Pendry Tampa will be ideally situated in the epicenter of the city’s acclaimed downtown Riverwalk, a 2.4-mile-long waterfront pathway that links the neighborhood’s vibrant cultural and entertainment attractions along the Tampa waterfront.
Drawing design inspiration from Pendry’s Southern California roots, Pendry Tampa will bring together the best of both coasts, with a modern California design aesthetic coupled with Gulf Coast inspired accents throughout. The hotel will feature thoughtful food-and-beverage concepts, perfectly suited for warm weather dining, including a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a lounge. The hotel will beckon guests and visitors with resort-style amenities such as a rooftop pool and lounge, Pendry’s signature Pinwheel Kids’ Club, and Spa Pendry, featuring eight treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Complete with more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel will be an exciting new destination for locals and group and leisure visitors.
